- IMSONS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of the Site after changes are posted will be considered as acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
- IMSONS reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
3. Products & Availability
- All products displayed are subject to availability.
- In rare cases, products may run out of stock even after an order is placed. IMSONS reserves the right to cancel or modify such orders.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed after successful verification via phone or email.
- IMSONS reserves the right to cancel any order in case of incorrect pricing, technical errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are delivered via Leopard Courier Services, TCS Courier Services, Bilty, and Cargo.
- IMSONS provides same day delivery exclusively for Karachi prepaid orders only. Subject to availability; delivery charges are excluded.
- Estimated delivery times: 2–4 working days within Sindh, 5–8 working days for other cities.
- IMSONS is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, strikes, or other external factors.
6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
- IMSONS offers a 2-day checking warranty. Faulty or damaged products can be reported within this period for exchange.
- Refunds are generally not offered; replacement and repair are prioritized. In exceptional cases, refunds may be approved at IMSONS discretion.
- Warranty terms apply as per product category and coverage, excluding misuse or physical damage.
7. Account Security
- Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.
- IMSONS is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered authorized by you.
8. Limitation of Liability
- IMSONS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or unforeseeable losses resulting from the use of its products or services.
- Product usage is the responsibility of the customer. IMSONS will not be held accountable for misuse, allergic reactions, or damages.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on this Site (logos, images, text, product descriptions, and designs) is the property of IMSONS and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- In case of any disputes the decision of IMSONS will be the final.
